Lea Ann Hilboldt

Marketing Director

Lea Ann brings a wealth of expertise to her role as our Marketing Director. In addition to her previous work as a Marketing Director in the financial services industry, she also has four decades of experience in operations, human resources, analytics, and training/development.

Known as a high-energy, multi-faceted leader, Lea Ann loves the challenge of creating and executing marketing and sales strategies that make a significant difference to the firm’s success.

Lea Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Dayton and has completed post-graduate work at Wright State University, the University of Texas at Dallas, and the Florida Institute of Technology.

When she’s not busy promoting our firm, Lea Ann enjoys traveling, attending musical theater productions, sewing, decorating her home, challenging herself with crossword puzzles and creating new things.
